Endless completes sale of Adare International to HH Global

Endless LLP (‘Endless’) has completed the sale of Adare International (‘Adare’) to HH Global (‘HHG’).

Adare provides its clients with creative services, digital marketing, print management, promotional merchandising, point of sale marketing and logistics solutions. The new combined business will comprise over 4,000 employees across more than 50 countries, generating approximately $2.1bn in annual sales as HH Global consolidates its leading position in the sector.

Endless acquired Adare International in 2015 as part of the Adare Group. In 2017, the Group was separated into Adare SEC, focussing on print services, and Adare International. Following the separation, the business has gone from strength to strength and has been transformed from a regional European player to a truly global business. Led by a new Management team of Andrew Dutton and Ray Berry as CEO and CFO respectively, this has been achieved in no small part by delivering successive regional and global new contract wins with the likes of Nestle, Coke, GSK, Mars and Sanofi. This led to substantial revenue growth, from £90m at the time of the separation to over £300m today.
