Endless and Enact celebrate success at the Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards

Endless and Enact are celebrating a fantastic evening at the 2026 Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards, following a series of standout wins across individual and deal categories.

The awards, which recognise excellence across Yorkshire’s corporate finance, private equity and dealmaking community, brought together many of the region’s leading advisers, investors and deal teams. For Endless and Enact, the results reflect another strong year of activity, partnership and delivery across the businesses.

A particular highlight of the evening was Rachel Holloway being named Rising Star. Rachel’s award recognises her continued development, contribution and impact across the Endless team, following a standout period in her career.

Endless and Enact were also recognised for two significant transactions.

Enact’s sale of Greenray Turbine Solutions to Flowserve Corporation was named Medium Deal of the Year, marking a major achievement for the team involved. Congratulations go to Chris Cormack, who led the sale, along with everyone who contributed to the successful transaction.

The sale of KTC Edibles to Whitworths Food Group was also recognised, winning Out of Region Deal of the Year. This award highlights the strength and reach of the team’s work, as well as the quality of the partnerships involved in delivering successful outcomes for all parties.

These wins are a testament to the talent, commitment and collaborative approach across Endless and Enact. They also reflect the strength of the firm’s relationships with management teams, advisers, investors and partners across the wider dealmaking community.
