Huge congratulations to Garry Wilson and Darren Forshaw on receiving this very well-deserved recognition for their exceptional careers and the impact they’ve made through Endless. From their early days at Arthur Andersen and EY to founding Endless in 2005, their vision has driven over £1.5bn in funds raised, more than 100 investments, and the preservation of over 20,000 jobs.

Endless is honoured to receive this award for the second consecutive year, marking our 20th anniversary. This achievement celebrates a year of strong exits, including evo Group and KTC Edibles, showcasing our ability to deliver complex transactions with significant local impact.

National/International Deal of the Year

For the acquisition of Ecobat Battery Division, a strategic carve-out from its US parent company. This transaction demonstrated our ability to execute at speed and navigate complexity, paving the way for Ecobat’s growth in European distribution. Congratulations to Andy Ross, Tom Callaghan, Mia West, and Chloe Sellwood for their exceptional work on this deal.
