Endless portfolio company, Menzies Distribution, acquires JBT distribution, a leading Scottish Logistics Provider

Endless’ portfolio company, Menzies Distribution, has today acquired JBT Distribution (‘JBT’).

JBT is a leading Scottish logistics provider with annual sales of over £23 million and a fleet of over 200 vehicles operating out of 6 sites throughout Scotland. The business provides distribution and warehousing services for customers across a number of complementary sectors including retail, healthcare, packaging and parcel home delivery.

The acquisition of JBT further adds to Menzies Distribution’s geographical reach across Scotland and its growing blue-chip customer base. The acquisition also provides further capability to add to Menzies’ growing range of B2B retail logistics services.
