Jon Duffy

Jon is a Director in the Endless investment team and Head of Direct Origination for the Endless Fund. Jon joined the firm in 2015 and now focusses on sourcing and developing investment opportunities, working closely with business owners, management teams and advisors to explore how Endless can support strategic growth and transformation.

Jon has been involved in a broad range of transactions across multiple sectors, including BBF, Karro Foods, BSW Timber and Imtech. He particularly values meeting ambitious management teams, understanding their journeys and building the trusted relationships that underpin successful partnerships. Having seen first-hand the impact of Endless’s investments, Jon is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to businesses and the communities they serve.

Before joining Endless, Jon began his career at KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and spending four years in the Deal Advisory team.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys time with his family and two daughters, and is a keen sports fan with a strong interest in football, cricket and horse racing.
