James Woolley

James’ role at Endless is different from other partners in that he focuses exclusively on portfolio management and exits.  As an investor our job is to ensure that businesses are transformed for the better.  We need to ensure that plans are put in place to drive change quickly and see the energy of this go through the organisation and its colleagues.  If we can leave a business in a better and more sustainable position than when we invested it, then our work is done and that brings James great job satisfaction.

James has been with Endless in 2007 and in that time overseen a number of exits across sectors in food and drink, industrials, business services and retail.

Outside of work, James has four children who keep him more than busy along with the occasional trip to Old Trafford when circumstances permit.
