In December 2023, Enact acquired SuperBike Factory, Europe’s largest used motorbike retailer. SuperBike Factory sources used motorcycles through proprietary digital channels, including WeBuyAnyBike.com. Once acquired, bikes are serviced and prepared at one of two facilities located in Macclesfield and at Donnington Park racetrack, before being sold either online or through one of five physical retail locations.

Through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, SuperBike Factory achieved an impressive turnover of £83 million by the time of acquisition. Over the past decade, the company has made substantial investments in data and IT platforms, establishing a significant barrier to entry for competitors. Progress Since Acquisition

Since Enact’s acquisition, SuperBike Factory has increased its inventory levels to better meet market demand. The leadership team has been strengthened with the appointment of a new CEO and Chairman. In November 2024, the company acquired a new location near Gatwick, slated to open at the start of the 2025 season.
