Following a successful partnership with private equity investor Endless LLP, ARRAN Sense of Scotland proudly announces its new ownership under Kevin Meechan and founding family members Andrew and Duncan Russell.

ARRAN Sense of Scotland, the iconic Scottish personal care & fragrance brand is delighted to announce the transfer of ownership to Kevin Meechan and members of the founding family, Andrew Russell and Duncan Russell following a transformational journey with private equity investor, Endless LLP.

ARRAN Sense of Scotland, originally founded on the Isle of Arran 35 years ago, has become a much-loved name, renowned for its premium products inspired by the island’s natural beauty. Endless and Non-Executive Chairman Mark Pacitti, have been proud to support the business since 2017, partnering with management to drive growth, strengthen operations, and expand its reach both in the UK and internationally.

Kevin Meechan, an experienced leader in the consumer sector, will continue to lead the business going forward as both CEO and Chairman. The founding family’s continuing involvement also marks a full-circle moment, honouring the company’s heritage and reinforcing its commitment to remaining true to its Scottish roots.
