The Opportunity

Veloris (formerly the Ecobat Battery Division) is Europe’s leading independent distributor of batteries and energystorage solutions with turnover in excess of £220m, supplying automotive, commercial, marine, leisure, motorcycle and industrial customers. Operating across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, the business has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, product reliability and trusted service.

Veloris was seen as non-core to its US parent and Endless recognised the opportunity to support a market leading business as a standalone platform. Endless were able to quickly deliver a transaction for the parent, completing our due diligence in house and underwriting the entire investment on day one.

THE IMPACT SO FAR

Since acquisition in May 2025, Endless has supported the management team to establish Veloris as a re-energised, standalone business.

The business successfully completed the full separation and transition from its former parent within the first six months of Endless ownership, putting in place dedicated systems to support scalable, sustained growth.

We have rebranded the business under its new Veloris brand (previously Ecobat Battery) — developed through extensive customer and employee engagement. The refreshed identity provides a strong foundation for future growth.

Veloris also completed a multijurisdictional refinancing in December 2025 providing further financial headroom to invest in operations, technology and commercial development across the business.

Veloris now enters its next phase with a clear proposition and renewed momentum — well positioned to capture opportunities across the evolving battery and energystorage market.
