We acquired ASCO in August 2023. Endless were excited by the opportunity to support at a time of real change for the global energy sector.
Endless were able to move at speed and underwrite the entire transaction, a combination that others could not compete with, to provide the vendor with certainty of completing the transaction in a challenging debt market.
THE OPPORTUNITY
ASCO is a leading materials management and logistics company for the global energy industry. Headquartered in Aberdeen, Scotland, ASCO operates from over 60 locations in 9 countries worldwide and employs around 1,000 people in the UK, with a further 500 across its international operations.
The business has over 50 years of energy industry knowledge and is well placed to capitalise on the increasing opportunities presented by the energy transition. ASCO’s path to future growth and success is inextricably linked to its commitment to sustainability, and its determination to support new energy developments that align with a more sustainable future.
THE IMPACT SO FAR
We are still in the early days of this investment and will be looking to refresh the business strategy with the ASCO management team to create an aligned vision for ASCO over the coming years, along with the specific actions to help us deliver it.
