Endless and Enact Host Inaugural D&I Leadership Conference

Endless and Enact hosted their inaugural D&I Leadership Conference in Leeds this week, centred around the topic of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). The event brought together 60 senior leaders from across our portfolio executive team, Endless and Enact.

The day was hosted by Hayley Barnard from MIX Diversity, and covered inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, D&I strategies and the link between ESG & D&I. We were also fortunate to be joined by keynote speaker Fiona Daniel, who shared her insights into developing D&I strategies and leading from the top.

It was great to have so many of our senior leaders attend, share their own stories on the day and engage meaningfully with the subject. Some of our portfolio leaders also contributed their experiences, challenges and successes through keynote and panel discussions, with contributions and special thanks to Sue Kamal (Realise Learning), Kay Simpson (Menzies Distribution), Gary McDowell (Findel), Cathy Potts (Go Plant) and our new Endless ESG manager, Ovie Iroro.

Endless and Enact strongly believe in the power of Diversity and Inclusion in our businesses to drive better decision making, more happy and resilient workplaces, and ultimately better commercial and ethical outcomes. The conference provided a valuable opportunity to explore, discuss and share those values with our portfolio.
