Endless support for Ukraine
We have watched the ongoing crisis in Ukraine with great sadness and concern as the invasion by the Russian military has continued to escalate. We welcome the measures taken by those Governments that are prepared to stand against this unjustifiable act and encourage further economic action to increase the isolation of the aggressors.
Having considered our own business and what we can do to support the Ukrainian people, we confirm that the funds managed by Endless do not have any Russian investors.
Our portfolio of businesses has reviewed trading links with Russia, concluding that these are very small and involve only a few of the companies. All future trading with Russian entities has been terminated forthwith.
We will continue to monitor the list of sanctioned individuals announced by the UK Government and will work with our portfolio to ensure that there is no trading with any business interests of those individuals.
We have also lobbied politicians to ease the path of Ukrainian refugees into the UK and will continue to do so.
We have been made aware of a small number of Ukrainian employees in our portfolio who have chosen to return home at this most challenging time. We wish that they all remain safe and can return to their jobs when they feel able to.
Our internal charitable foundation, The Turnaround Foundation, has made initial donations to charities involved in helping the Ukrainian people, including the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal and the UNICEF Ukraine Appeal.
We plan to keep our actions under review, with a hope that we can do more to help the Ukrainian people in their hour of need.
