Andrew Breach

Andrew joined Endless in 2021 to drive our Connections Programme that sources top talent for the management teams within both our portfolio companies and new acquisitions. He worked in structured finance for an investment bank for 20 years before spending 15 years in executive search with a global search firm. Immediately prior to joining Endless, Andrew spent a year in a Corporate Finance Advisory role. He has completed his CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management and his Cert. CIB with the Chartered Banker Institute.

Outside of work Andrew previously spent 19 Years with the Army Reserves where he rose to the rank of Sergeant Major. Nowadays, the Land Rover he drives is much more likely to be seen playing taxi service to his sons’ rugby and football matches rather than racing around Salisbury Plain or the Brecon Beacons.
